2. The benefit of having ToU/ToS
Unlike certain Legal Notices, TOS are not mandatory in all jurisdictions. However, it is strongly recommended to specify the rules for using your services through such a contractual document, which is why an overwhelming majority of digital platforms now have TOS. These allow you to define your commitments, your rights and obligations, the conditions under which you protect your intellectual property, but also your liability limitations for the different actions that users can carry out through your platform.
You can also offer services to mixed audiences (B2C and B2B), or operating in different sectors of activity, geographical areas, etc. The contractual obligations and responsibilities in your TOS will undoubtedly vary depending on these specificities.
Once a user accepts your ToS (by a checkbox in general), they have a contractual value guaranteeing their total efficiency by placing them in the field of common law of contracts. Users are fully bound by this document, thereby assuring you a position of legal certainty in which your respective areas of your liability and that of the user are clearly defined.

Upon receipt of the letter of commitment and confirmation of payment, we will start processing your request. To do this, a second call of 45 minutes will allow us to identify the specific needs of your organisation to deliver a tailor-made service. 4 working days (flexible period defined by the parties in the case of complex requests) after the second call, we will get back to you via email for the execution of the service. You will also receive a link simultaneously which will enable you book an appointment for a third call of 15 minutes during which we will present you the result of our work in a detailed way and will submit you personalised recommendations.
