1. Why do you need institutional communications?
Whatever your sector of activity, the size of your organisation or your place of professional domiciliation, you are likely to receive letters from various state bodies (Revenue services, financial services conduct regulators, independent administrative authorities (Competition Authorities, Data Protection authorities or sector-specific regulators like Advertising standards regulatory bodies) or any other national data protection authority of the EU. Whether these letters are friendly or not, it is essential to answer them with the greatest attention and caution. Any written response from you may indeed have significant legal consequences.
2. LegalUP Consulting’s Service
LegalUP Consulting offers to cover all your needs in your written communications with these different institutions, regardless of the dispatcher of the written communication. We begin by helping you to analyse the request (read between the lines), then we offer you the drafting of an adequate and flawless response in terms of legal certainty. We can also assist you in issuing interim letters if your response requires further analysis, or even adjustments to legal notices, the creation of internal procedures or any other approach that you deem necessary when our teams have evaluated the risks involved. The firm can draft these letters that you will send directly to the dispatcher concerned or respond directly in capacity as your counsel.
